RefMemo stores your boards, images, notes, links, and color palettes locally on your device. If you choose to enable sync, this data is also stored in a secure cloud database associated with your account.
We collect your email address when you create an account, solely to authenticate you and sync your data across devices.
We do not collect analytics, usage data, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any data beyond what is needed to provide the app's core functionality.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.
Images you import are stored locally on your device. If sync is enabled, image data is uploaded to secure cloud storage accessible only to your account.
Cloud sync uses Supabase, hosted on infrastructure that complies with standard security practices. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with other users.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Deleting the app removes all local data from your device.
RefMemo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
